Welcome to the ENVICO homepage.
ENVICO, established in 1980, had played a leading role in recycling
agricultural wastes and successfully establishing the separate
discharge system. In July 1, 2004, KORECO was reborn into ENVICO(Korea
Environment & Resources Corporation), a specialized organization
conducting resource-recycling policies. The policies we are
now operating include EPR(Extended Producer Responsibility),
electronic waste manifest management, waste charge system, system
of waste reduction at works, all of which, as advanced environment
policies, aim at building effective resource recycling system.
In addition, we serve as a comprehensive waste management
organization who carries out the test of exclusive containers
of infectious waste, general support for the recycling industry,
and recycling facilities operation.
As the 21st century is truly the age of the environment,
it has become more important than ever that we address pressing
issues related to our environment. Indeed, in order for our
nation to develop further, we must look to enforcing environmental
protection measures that meet international levels.
Besides those existing businesses, we are now pursuing the
minimization and safe treatment of wastes, resource recycling,
and early establishment of preventive waste management by
operating waste treatment facilities, conducting technology
inspection, and managing hazardous chemicals. We will also
make best efforts to build sustainable resource recycling
society by conducting advanced environmental policies which
meet rapidly changing global environment. We are cordially
