Products and its packing material of which the amount of plastic contained in the imported product is 100kg and less |

Products which the owner of them have responsibility for the acquisition, storage, usage and disuse of the products such as automobiles, aircraft, ships etc. |

Products included in extended producer responsibility system, packing material and product of biodegradable resin based on the Article 16 of ¡¸the Act on the promotion of saving and recycling of resources¡¹ |

A person(a manufacturer with an annual sales of less than two billion KRW) running a small and medium enterprise according to ¡¸the Act of support for small and medium enterprise establishment¡¹ is exempt from waste charge for three years from the business establishment date(from August 3, 2007) |
