Waste Management System > Waste Charge System   Payment Method and Discharge of Obligation   Internet Service of Document for Submission - Log on to the waste charge civil service system(www. epr.or.kr) - Enter user information in the member subscription menu, send personal reference document to the local office of ENVICO and apply for approval - After approval of the local office, the issuance of a licensed certificate - Submit and refer to results after logging in   Payment Method - Internet GIRO service of the Korea Financial Telecommunications and Clearings Institute - Internet banking utility bills payment service - Postal office payment desk   Record and Conservation of Ledgers - Record and Conservation of Ledgers : Ledgers for the manufacture and importation of products, materials and containers - Conservation Periods : 5 years - If not implemented : A fine of one million KRW and less is imposed   Delinquency Disposition and Mandatory Levy - The Minister of the Environment shall compel payers who failed to pay their charge on time to settle their accounts. A fine equal to 5% of the original charge shall be imposed on the delinquent charge payers. - If waste charge and arrears are not paid within the allotted time, Envico will follow will have to ensure the disposition of national taxes in arrears.   Inspection for Product Delivery Record   The Minister of the Environment may order ENVICO to inspect and confirm manufacturers' product delivery record and importers' import record in each of the following cases: - When manufacturers fail to submit the document for the product delivery record. - When importers fail to confirm whether they are charge payers or not and fail to pay the imposed waste charge. - When the paid waste charge is less than the imposed charge, or in other cases the Minister of the Environment considers suitable.
